Blueberry time, Julia

Taking time out from the wizard of O, the cracked crystal ball and all.

Switch from blues to blueberries:
Alpana Singh, a sommelier in Chicago, often makes clafoutis from the master recipe on Page 655.
“You’re just making a batter and pouring it over some gorgeous seasonal fruit,” she said. “I love it because it’s like a Dutch baby pancake, but it’s somehow an elegant dessert, and it’s not too sweet.”
I've never made this.

It's time:)

...I planted two blueberry bushes in my garden this year. The crop is small but I have hopes. Thankfully there are such things as roadside stands.
