Rudy on the Move

Rudy unveils his health care reform plan. It's the most workable and offers the most choice of any candidate's plan. Portability relieves a lot of worries people have about their health care insurance. And especially in Illinois, where we have lost skilled doctors to neighboring states, this provision is key:

Apparently he is making inroads in New Hampshire, according to the latest poll, and in Iowa, in addition to his continued lead in another key primary state, South Carolina. Giuliani also picks up more endorsements.
