Durbin's Audacity

Far be it from me to defend the Clintons, but Sen.Dick Durbin (Big Dem Dog about Town-Il), posturing yet again has the audacity to suggest critics of Obama on the war are getting "too personal" and "too" negative. (And talks about sincerity.) This from a guy who compared our troops to Nazis, lied about ducking a briefing with General Petraeus last summer, and then went on to accuse General Petraeus of being a liar.

And the Obama campaign might be a bit wary of trotting out Durbin (as an attack dog) and to push their message of change. Heh.Dump Dick Durbin! VOTE Steve Sauerberg for US Senate

P.S. Anyway, sorry Barack, Newsweek says you've lost on Iraq.

UPDATE: John Kass, Chicago Tribune, on the significance of Oprah, and Obama " jumping off the Transcendence Train in South Carolina."
