OUTRAGE!!

This is potentially bigger than Kelo. Your land is not your own, your children are not your own!!! OUTRAGE!!

My kids are my kids until they leave home! If anyone is going to indoctrinate them it's going to be me!

But all joking aside, this is SO WRONG. I just saw the headline on RCP earlier today, but I had no idea they had decided this case on appeal until I saw this on Tom's The Bench. Even sappy suburban parents who just care that their kid gets good grades and gets into a good college will be jolted out of their complacency. At least I hope to God they will be.

So there you have it--the LEFT coast judges, the LIBERAL judges, the nanny staters are the threat to civil liberties you ought to worry about.
