The Ignorance of the Elites

This is the MSM--these are the so-called objective journalists covering this administration.
"I got to tell you, as someone who has covered Washington a long time, this is one of the most ridiculous controversies I've ever seen. And so far as I can tell, the biggest danger to kids in this whole thing is a lot of the parents complaining aren't smart enough to raise them very effectively -- cause if you think that a President coming into your kids schools saying work hard, stay in school is a danger to your kids, you've got some problems..."
Video: You know, this kind of dripping condescension and willful ignorance is making at least one American mad as hell. I grew up in a small rural school district, Catholic grade school, public high school, and I worked hard and used the gifts God gave me to get into Harvard. Despite being indoctrinated with Ivy League smug PC elitism, despite my not growing up in Chicago I bet I know more about the colossal failure of the public school system than this elitist JERK. And I recognize manipulative ideological crap and radical mores when I see them.

And answer me this--why should we venerate someone who thinks it's more important to turn our kids into little radical tools and ACORN acolytes than to learn math and science? Answer me.

P.S. The Wilmette blog on our permanent campaign of a president. Tribune editorial on education in the Chicago Public Schools. "Already far behind".
