So have any lessons been learned from the flap over our President Barack Obama's ed speech? Learning or indoctrination? Substance or fluff? Does any objective observer doubt our schools have been dumbed down the last generation or so?
What does the public think of public schools?
We're paying more for less. And our children are paying the price. Not just the most vulnerable ones. Whom the president claims to care about.
But you know, in the world of big government, some people just get lost in the shuffle. Because we should put society first. Or something.
