Anybody can sue anybody over anything

So Illinois (naturally) State Rep. Jack Franks,  Dem operator extraordinaire, not content with smashing laws through along with Boss Madigan, thinks it's just dandy to bully his blogger constituents too

with legal niceties.

So Jack, I'm not a constituent of yours, but I suggest if you can't stand the heat get out of the kitchen, and here's a campaign song for you.
