Obama Ayers Education Wreck

Since the Chicago press is strangely silent, could it be because they have endorsed The One? (oh, except for quoting socialists--no,no,no, Barack's not one of us--can you believe it? Ha, ha, ha the Trib is so amused. Well, I thought the communists in New York were really pleased just the other day--"our time has come"--they're wearing Barack's picture on their lapels when they're not getting out the vote for their Obamessiah), we find this in the New York Post:

Chicago's former schools chief has flunked the education foundation headed by Barack Obama and founded by 1960s terrorist Bill Ayers - saying it failed to monitor projects and funded school "reform" groups that campaigned against boosting academic standards.

"There was a total lack of accountability. If you went back and asked, you'd be hard-pressed to find out how the money was spent," said Paul Vallas, the city's school superintendent when Obama chaired the Chicago Annenberg Foundation from 1995 to 1999.

Annenberg spent $49.5 million, mostly on grants to 211 public schools that partnered with community-based groups. But despite collecting millions, those schools performed no better than other public schools, a study found.

Could it be because together, through Annenberg, the Woods Fund and the Joyce Foundation, Barack Obama and Bill Ayers funded Bill Ayers' extremist projects to the tune of two million and that school grants not only went to ACORN but for hate-filled, anti-American political purposes rather than educational ones? Chicago schools still rank among the worst in the country. Obama's ACORN and other allies are out stealing votes. Bill Ayers is a respected Chicago citizen. How very amusing.
