Obama and Illinois Have a Texas Complex

And why not? People are leaving this state in search of that Lone Star, where individual achievement is celebrated, jobs are created. And it's not just Illinois losing out.

Our Chicago Way president didn't get his way in a recent interview with an out of the beltway reporter, noted with a link, thanks, in NRO's Morning Jolt and by Ed Driscoll over at Pajamas Media.

He then went on in a carefully orchestrated town meeting to blast speculators as responsible for rising oil prices, displaying a tin ear to a hometown industry.

Is it any wonder the TEA Party gained traction in the Windy City early on?

Texas is a model and Illinois a cautionary tale, America.
