Terror Tempo Increases in Chicago, USA

It was just a few weeks ago we had the Pepto-Bismol taped to the cellphone incident out of O'Hare. Nothing to see here? Just the other day a casual mention of WMD near The Friendly Confines of the Cubs, with another "amateur" arrested. One of the Mumbai terror cell operated out of the Windy City. From FBI Director Robert Mueller's Senate testimony yesterday:

U.S. citizen David Headley was arrested in October 2009 in Chicago for planning terrorist attacks against a Danish newspaper and two of its employees. During the course of this investigation, the FBI collected intelligence that uncovered Headley’s operational role in the 2008 attacks in Mumbai, India, and connected him to a separate plot to kill an individual in Denmark. On January 14, 2010, a superseding indictment was filed against Headley relating to his conspiring with others to plan and execute attacks in both Denmark and India, and in March 2010, he pled guilty on all counts.

And then there was the sharia supremacist group Hizb-ut-Tahrir's recruiting conference in the Chicago suburbs in 2009 and the eventually successful meeting in 2010 (at the Hilton) with no media scrutiny. Multiculti concepts in terror. The Holy Land Foundation operated out of the Chicago suburbs, convicted of funneling money to terrorists, and its unindicted co-conspirator the Islamic Society of North America meets in Chicago on July 4th every year, inviting luminaries such as Bill Ayers' domestic terrorist spouse Bernardine Dohrn and the president of Iran. Fatima Mohammadi made an appearance. This year the Obama administration allowed Tariq Ramadan back in the country, a man who believes there should only be a moratorium on the stoning of women. He headlined their conference and then moved on around the country. One brave woman took him on.
